No, that's the normal case. In the intro call and the opportunity analysis we look at your workflows together and show where AI pays off – and where it doesn't.
Do you only consult, or do you also implement?
Both, from a single source. We build the solutions ourselves, connect them to your systems and support them after launch. You don't get a presentation – you get a running workflow.
Do we have to change our software?
Usually not. We connect the AI to your existing systems, such as CRM, ERP, email or file storage. We check up front which integrations are possible.
How do you handle our data?
Before going live we clarify which data is processed, which providers are involved, who has access and when data is deleted – including the appropriate GDPR data processing agreements. Wherever possible we use providers with servers in the EU.
What does a project cost?
That depends on the workflow, the integrations and the scope you want. After the intro call you receive a quote with a clearly defined scope. We deliberately start small so you see the benefit before investing more.
Is there public funding for AI projects?
For companies in Germany, often yes: federal and state programmes support digitalisation and AI in small and mid-sized businesses. We check together which programmes fit your project.
How much time do we need to invest ourselves?
